Base salary: $50,000 commensurate with experience and education based on the salary schedule in the Piper Teachers Association Negotiated Agreement. Full single health insurance paid. Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with teachers to develop effective instructional strategies aligned with state standards and district goals.
Facilitate professional development sessions, workshops, and PLCs (Professional Learning Communities).
Observe classroom instruction and provide non-evaluative, constructive feedback.
Assist teachers in analyzing student data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
Support the implementation of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
Serve as a resource for integrating technology, literacy strategies, and content-area best practices.
Partner with school leadership to identify instructional priorities and develop school-wide improvement plans.
